Diploma/ Degree in Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in property management of shopping malls
Certificate in Fire Safety Management is preferred
Strong initiative and creativity to formulate market leading green initiative plans
The important lesson to take away is that environemental positions are available in many unrelated industries (and it should be that way!), so one has to keep our eyes open and be persistant! Cause many companies are trying to cash in on the green living.
