NJC has invited ACRES to raise awareness on the illegal wildlife trade in Singapore and other animal protection issues. Find out more about the the global “Animals Matter to Me” campaign. in support of a Universal Declaration on Animal Welfare to be endorsed by governments of the world. There will also be exhibits on animal welfare issues through informative educational panels and physical displays/replica models depicting the issues, for example toy animals crammed into crates showing how animals are smuggled for the illegal pet trade.
