Raffles Community Leaders Forum is calling for youth leaders to take a stand on crucial social issues. Each Special Interest Group will conduct ground research and present their ideas to a panel of representatives from external organizations.
The Inaugural Raffles Community Leaders Forum was held from 7th to 11th March 2008 at Raffles Junior College (RJC). It was hugely successful and brought together 256 like-minded youth from 11 countries to discuss community issues. It is currently a finalist for the Singapore Education Award 2009 – Best Educational Event by a Public Institution. The 2nd Raffles Community Leaders Forum is a continuation of the efforts made in the 2008 forum, focusing on local issues and aims to pave the way for sustainable community actions by the youth participants.
